How does it work?
Now that I work from my studio based near Brighton Marina, I accept orders in two ways, if you need something pinned by me and measured professionally, if you need simple repairs or something that you have measured yourself or doesn't need professional measuring or my presence I am also offering a no appointment drop off to my post box, please email me to enquire and I'll give you the full information.

If you do not need me to be there you can just drop off to my little alterations shed, a safe space customers use to drop off to me, this is perfect for zipper alterations, repairs or if you have a helpful friend who can pin the garment for you, or even if you have a similar item I can take the measurement from.
You can drop off any day any time. There is no minimum order for this service.
1. Please text me your intention to drop off with a list of the items of the garments in the bag and a list of the alterations required.
2.Please ensure you include in the bag your name, phone number, email address, and list the alterations or repairs you're looking to get done.
3. To avoid a long delay between the drop off and me picking the order please text me when done so I get it as soon as I can.
4.You will hear from me within the working day you dropped off with a quote for the alterations and a date of collection, if you need a specific day please make it clear in the note, generally all alterations take between
1 week to 10 days.
5. You'll get a text when the items are ready to be collected and I'll leave the garment ready on your chosen day and time.
While my little alterations drop off shed is a safe place in a quite neighbourhood and there is also a Ring security camera overlooking the coming and goings next to it, this is a service you take at your own discretion and assume the risk of any theft or loss and because I won't be present at the drop off I cannot assume responsibility for any missing or damaged items in the bag.

If you need me to pin the garments while you are wearing them, please book as I only do fittings through appointments so I can plan my days and avoid unnecessary long waiting times; this is the perfect service for all the garments that require a professional fitting and advice.

f you do not need me to pin the garment but getting to me is difficult you can book a collection from your place, this is an exclusive offer only to my existing customers within Brighton and Hove. For this service I use a local bike delivery service called Zedify, to keep the carbon footprint to 0.
